How to Download TikTok Videos on iPhone

On iPhone the download itself is easy; the part that confuses people is where iOS puts the file. Safari saves browser downloads to the Files app, not to Photos, so there is one extra tap if you want the video in your camera roll.

Copy the TikTok link, paste it into the downloader in Safari, tap the download, then open Files › Downloads and use Share › Save Video to move it into Photos.
Steps in Safari
- In the TikTok app, tap the arrow on the video and choose Copy link.
- Open Safari and go to the TikTok Video Downloader page on this site.
- Press and hold the input field and tap Paste.
- Tap the video download button; Safari shows the download arrow next to the address bar.
- Open Files › Downloads, tap the video, then Share › Save Video to add it to Photos.
Chrome and other iOS browsers
Every browser on iOS uses the same WebKit engine and the same download destination, so Chrome, Edge and Firefox behave identically to Safari here. The download arrow simply sits in a different corner.
