Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026
Acceptable use
Mytiktools may only be used to process publicly accessible TikTok content that you have the right or permission to download. Automated scraping, resale of the service and attempts to bypass rate limits are not permitted.
No guarantee of availability
We do not claim that every video can be downloaded. Availability depends on the video's visibility, regional restrictions and the processing service.
Independence
Mytiktools is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance or Douyin.
Transcription plans and fair use
Guests get 3 free transcription jobs per network address and free accounts get 3 lifetime transcription jobs. Pro is a one-time $9 payment that unlocks unlimited transcription for normal personal use. Pro remains subject to reasonable anti-abuse protections: request rate limits, a 25 MB file size limit, a maximum media duration, a limit on concurrent jobs and a daily processing ceiling. Legitimate personal use will not normally reach these limits.
Payments
Pro payments are processed by PayPal. We never see, request or store your PayPal password or card details, and Pro access is only activated after PayPal confirms the payment on our server. One-time payment, no recurring subscription.
Transcription processing
Uploaded media is validated on our server and sent to our speech-to-text provider (Groq Whisper) for processing. We do not permanently store your media file — it is discarded once the job completes. Because processing happens at a third-party provider, we cannot claim your files never leave our infrastructure.
Your content
You are responsible for the media you upload and must have the right to transcribe it. Uploading private, unauthorised or unlawful content is not permitted.
Liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. You are solely responsible for how you use any content you obtain through Mytiktools.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
